Access for Non-ASU collaborators

Contractors, vendors, and other non-ASU personnel may be granted access to submit or contribute to registry forms through the ASU Courtesy Affiliate Account process.

Requests for Courtesy Affiliate status must be submitted by an ASU employee and must be approved by a manager, dean, or director in the unit that will sponsor and supervise the courtesy affiliate. Courtesy Affiliate accounts can be renewed on a yearly basis.

Or go to MyASU. Click on the Service tab. Then click on the Service Catalog link. Search for "Courtesy Affiliate" to locate the catalog request form.

After your Courtesy Affiliate has their credentials, they may access the ASU Event Registry by logging with the Sign In link in the ASU header.
