Events encompass many different aspects that involve safety precautions.
By completing the Special Event Registry form you are taking a proactive step in ensuring ASU Safety Collaborators are aware of the details of your event. The safety team can then make recommendations addressing safety concerns pertaining to: Food Safety, Fire Marshal, ASU Police Department, Animal Safety and Insurance requirements.
ASU staff and students may access the Registry by logging in with their ASURite credentials using the Sign In link.
