Upcoming Updates to the ASU Event Registry Website

The ASU Event Registry will undergo updates to Drupal and WebSpark this December. While the site’s appearance and functionality won’t change, there will be temporary service disruptions during the transition.
- December 3: Event submission will be paused. You can still view events and information, but no new registrations or modifications will be accepted.
- December 16: The updated Event Registry goes live. New event submissions and edits can resume.
Existing Event Registry forms for events occurring after January 1, 2025 will be migrated to the new website during the update.
Action Needed for Event Organizers
If you’re hosting an event that takes place before December 30, 2024, submit your registration by Saturday, November 30, 2024 to meet review deadlines.
Plan ahead to avoid disruptions!
Existing Event Registry forms for events occurring before January 1, 2025 will not be migrated to the new website. Event organizers who wish to keep a record of existing Event Registry forms on the current website should print the Event Profiles of their events.

Events involving Alcohol
If your department is planning an event that involves alcohol and the event will occur during this upgrade, please submit a request for an ASU Alcohol Permit. If you have any questions, please consult the Alcohol Permit page on Risk Management’s website.
